The installation was calm, seamless and smooth with a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team of engineers supporting staff on site with many queries and questions. We were very impressed with how calmly and methodically the installation took place. Engineers provided follow up support until we were satisfied with the set up.
The hosted environment is very easy to administer and manage and, through the mobile app, staff are able to utilise the Cloud service outside of the building. The system provides functionality, reliability and a flexible approach to telephony within the work place at an good cost. This has been invaluable in view of the pandemic and flexible home working.

They came to visit to discuss our options and there was no pressure to purchase.
