Important information if you have a Plusnet Broadband Connection with Digital Telecom (UK) Ltd;

What does it affect?
Broadband Connectivity

How long will it take?
Up to 6 hours.

What does the work involve?
Upgrading the broadband network.

Am I likely to notice the work?
End users may experience a drop in connectivity for up to 20 minutes during the 6 hour window.

Is there anything else I need to know?
Connectivity should automatically resume following completion of the work, any end users who are unable to connect after the 6 hour window closes please ensure your hardware is rebooted before contacting ourselves for further fault diagnostics.
